The coal and gas outburst is a dynamic pheaomenon in the undergroundworkers of coal mine.coal and gas outburst reasonablely.This paper aimed at the defect that neural network is easy to falland gas outburst was established based on coupling of the neural network and the genetic algorithm accordingand gas outburst based on coupling of the neural network and genetic algorithm.
